Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Mr. Nadim appreciated the efforts of the officials of Logar Higher Education Institution to upgrade this institution from a higher education institution to a university.
The Acting Minister of Higher Education also promised to cooperate on the construction of the mosque, internal roads, paving the grounds, meeting hall, library, equipping the laboratory and solving other problems.
