The security hand over brings more responsibilities

Recent security hand over from foreign forces to Afghanistan national army (ANA) and the police has raised lots of questions, discussion and doubts in both the domestic and foreign media from which some are opposing.
Prior to any comments below we have reviewed the available opinions;
1. The first group having been optimistic about the West and America policies has considered the security transferring as a wise tactic to help the Afghanistan government gain its independence. After ten years training the Afghan national army and police must be able to establish security in Afghanistan and defend the integrity of this country they believe. They think signing the strategic partnership agreement with America can guarantee the America’s continuous help to have any democratic government kept in power in Afghanistan. Signing the strategic partnership agreement with America is in fact defusing the neighboring countries threatening these experts believed.
2. The second group refers the America’s withdrawal to economic failures and debts having made this country change the policy.
Based on this group opinion the strategic partnership agreement and the withdrawal program manipulating the foreign forces should leave Afghanistan are in fact tools to put pressure on Afghanistan government while the real withdrawal is unreal.
The Afghanistan national army and police are not enough powerful to set a good security around the country so the increase in the number of attacks resulted from this lack of strength. The government of Afghanistan will be living under a heavy pressure in the absence of the America’s absence. The Karzai close figures assassination as preset ill-tempered program were carried out with America having colluded in them to put pressure on the Afghanistan government the second group made their comments.
3. The third group refers every American and its ally, Pakistan, decision to the America’s interests which define the presence or absence of America any where in the World. Based on its national policies America decides on entering or leaving a country so their coming to region, Afghanistan, and their withdrawal from Afghanistan derived from this policy. America gives no consideration to the national interests of the countries into which they enter or leave.
The third point of view seems close to what I believe to help Afghanistan feel safety and secure;
1. According to Bone conference the Afghanistan national army and police should be trained and equipped with modern weapons.
2. Afghanistan neighboring Pakistan should be warned about interfering with the Afghanistan interior affairs.
3. Afghanistan should be completely free on deciding on with which country it wants to sign the strategic partnership agreement.
4. The foreign countries present in Afghanistan instead of being the major when making decisions teach Afghanistan government the ways of governing the country.
Considering the above suggestive items, the security hand over could be influential; otherwise, Afghanistan will fall in the insurgents safe heaven to seek the Pakistan dominance in Afghanistan.
