Explosion killed head of Parvan Ulema council
A mine explosion killed head of Parvan Ulema Council in his office and injured more than four Madrasa students, says Security officials

The explosion took place due to a mine which has been placed under Mawlawi Shah Agha Hanafi head of Parvan Ulema council mattress today early morning around 8:00 AM

Four more students who were been teaching by Mr. Hanafi, wounded in the incident that took place in the Madrasa.

 But Hospital officials says to 1TV that six students brought to the hospital including one with serious injuries.
No Group took the responsibility for the incident yet.
Parvan is located in central Afghanistan and its one of secure provinces of the country.
This is a developing story.
