One civilian was killed as Pakistani forces fired 435 rockets into eastern Kunar province over the past 24 hours, an official said on Tuesday.

Abdul Ghani Musamam, the governor’s spokesman, told Pajhwok Afghan News the rockets landed in Dangam and Sarkano districts. He said a civilian was killed in the Sprai area of Sarkano district, where crops and forests were also harmed.
Recently Pakistani forces have accelerated rocket incursions into the eastern Parts of Afghanistan. But the Afghan government is yet to take the matter seriously.
