Trilateral summit between Afghanistan, Pakistan, and China kicks off today
A trilateral summit between Afghanistan, Pakistan, and China will kick off in Kabul today and will be attended by the foreign ministers of the three countries.

The Office of the President, ARG Palace, said this will be the second round of trilateral summit between Afghanistan, Pakistan, and China.
The meeting will focus on regional cooperation, peace, fight against terrorism, and regional developmental projects, ARG Palace added.
In the meantime, reports indicate that a Memorandum of Understanding will also be signed between Kabul and Islamabad during the summit.
The first round of trilateral summit between Afghanistan, Pakistan, and China was organized in Beijing on 23rd of December last year.
The meeting had also focused on fight against terrorism, situation of the region, and economic cooperation between the three countries.’
The second round of trilateral summit between the three countries is being organized at a time when efforts are underway to revive peace talks with the Taliban group.
