6 militants killed in clash in Afghanistan
At least six militants have been killed and 11 others sustained injuries as a clash erupted between security forces and the Taliban fighters in Shamulzayi district of the southern Zabul province, said an army statement released here Monday.
AVA- A total of 12 explosive devices including anti-vehicle mines have also been discovered and defused during the operations, the statement said.
Without providing more details, the statement said that the security forces would continue to chase militants elsewhere in Zabul province.
Taliban militants haven't commented.
