Loya Jirga decides that 400 hard-core Taliban prisoners should be released
Afghan grand assembly, known as Loya Jirga, on Sunday announced decision to free 400 hard-core Taliban prisoners so that intra-Afghan peace talks begin.
In a resolution, the gathering of more than 3,000 elders, community leaders and politicians said that intra-Afghan peace talks should begin immediately.
