KABUL, Afghanistan – Afghan security forces arrested at least 34 suspects over various criminal offenses during multiple operations carried in the capital city Kabul, the Ministry of Interior Affairs said in a statement.

According to the statement, Kabul police carried multiple operations in different part of the capital, which lead to arresting 34 people from the city, including a number of districts.
The arrest came at a time Afghan resident struggle facing armed robberies, kidnapping, as well as, merchandising undocumented weapons throughout the city, taking away their peace of mind.
The suspects are identified and arrested form Police District 1, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 16, 17 and 21 of the capital city, including Mir Bacha Kot and Paghman districts, the statement said.
Meanwhile, security officals seized at least three pistols and three transportation vehicles.
