Political experts: the federal system causes the division of Afghanistan
Political experts believe that a strong central system is needed to manage and govern Afghanistan in the current situation, and other systems, especially the federal system, will cause the country to disintegrate.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Abdul Shakor Salangi, an expert on political issues, in an interview with AVA, stated the above: the intelligence agencies of the countries of the region and the world, for their economic and political interests, want a federal system to be formed in Afghanistan, because According to them, with the federalization of the country, the division of the country will be more possible and they will reach their goals sooner.

He also pointed out that the countries that are located around Afghanistan have demographic and ideological relations with Afghans who live in the border areas of the country, so if a federal system is established in Afghanistan, the surrounding countries will interfere in the affairs of the country.

Salangi added that due to the lack of a strong central government in the country, there are now many disorders and in addition to that, the population of Afghanistan is a mosaic and each tribe has settled in one region, the federal system only creates tribal governments.

Stating that the establishment of a federal system is leading to civil wars, he noted: With the intervention of the surrounding countries and other countries of the world, each nation will form a government in its own region and will not follow the orders of the central government.

In the end of his speech, Salangi said: A federal system is not necessary for Afghanistan, whose population consists of multiple ethnic groups and who have been living in peace for many years, and this plan will only distance Afghan ethnic groups from each other and feed extremist and separatist groups.

Meanwhile, Gulbuddin Hekmatyar, the leader of Hizb-e-Islami, said in his Friday prayer sermons in Kabul: "The issue of federalization of Afghanistan, which is discussed by political figures abroad, should be raised in an elected council of the people."

Mr. Hekmatyar said: In a council that represents the will of the nation and the national consensus, it should say whether they want a federal system, because it is not possible to form such a system without the opinion of the people.

Previously, Hanif Atmar, the foreign minister of the previous government, also said in his television interview; There is a danger that the federal system will become a monarchy.

It should be mentioned that recently a number of political leaders of Afghanistan, who are mostly in exile, discussed the federalization of Afghanistan as a solution for this country.
