Enmity with the people of Afghanistan with the weapon of "humanitarian aid"
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Today's view: Foreign powers and international organizations are advancing their colonial goals and projects in the name of "humanitarian aid"; just as they have other cultural and anti-value programs in the name of women's work in non-governmental organizations.
UNAMA or the United Nations Assistance Mission for Afghanistan has announced that about 1.8 billion dollars of humanitarian aid has been sent to Afghanistan after the rule of the Islamic Emirate. But it has not been given to the Taliban.

The announcement of UNAMA states that since December 2021, approximately 1.8 billion dollars in cash has flowed into Afghanistan to carry out the activities of this organization and its partners.

UNAMA said it does not comment on the methods, timing, date and amount of cash transfers; but he added that this money has not been given to the Central Bank of Afghanistan and the authorities of "Islamic Emirate".

According to UNAMA, all cash brought into Afghanistan is kept in a private bank and then distributed to UN agencies as well as to a small number of approved partners in Afghanistan.

Meanwhile, it has been reported that the sending of humanitarian aid packages has been stopped due to the prohibition of women's work in non-governmental organizations by the "Islamic Emirate".

Although the central bank has denied this news and said that there has been no change in the process of sending cash packages to Kabul; But the fact is that no serious package has been sent to Kabul since the 23rd day of the last month of this solar year (Sagittarius) and this, according to experts, shows that the recent policies of the "Islamic Emirate" regarding the expulsion of girls from universities And banning women's work in non-governmental organizations has affected this process.

However, due to the explicit admission of the United Nations Mission in Afghanistan that aid money has not been provided to the government and the United Nations and its partners use these funds through a strict and accurate monitoring mechanism in line with the goals, projects and their aid programs have used, cutting off the flow of money on the pretext of banning girls' education and women's work is unjustified.

This shows that foreign powers and international organizations in the name of "humanitarian aid" advance their goals and colonial projects; just as they have other cultural and anti-value programs in the name of women's work in non-governmental organizations.

Otherwise, the decision of the "Islamic Emirate" government to ban women from working in government organizations, despite the fact that it deprives thousands of women and needy families from working to secure their livelihood; But this decision is not so shocking and shocking that by implementing it, cutting off foreign financial aid and providing the activities of aid organizations is justified and defensible.

In this way, it is clear that there have been other projects and programs called women's work in non-governmental organizations that we are not aware of, and with the ban on women's work, these projects have come to a standstill and Western and NATO cultural programs in Afghanistan is facing a crisis.

Another point is that the UN itself has admitted that the cash packages sent were not given to the Taliban, so why have they stopped these packages now? Isn't this an open enmity with the people of Afghanistan? People whose access to these aids is vital, and without receiving them, the lives of thousands of people may be at risk.

On the other hand, this money is the right of these people, and before this, its provision was never conditional on the work of women in non-governmental organizations, which are now being cut off by applying this policy. So, the oppressive world that has blocked the legitimate money of the Afghan people, why does it make even the sending of humanitarian aid conditional on the fulfillment of certain goals and specific cultural projects? Doesn't this mean that world powers and international organizations under the name of "humanitarian aid" are hostile to the people of Afghanistan and target the culture, tradition and beliefs of the people and advance other colonial projects? That is ultimately to the detriment of the people?
