Asadullah Nadim, an expert on military affairs, said in an interview with AVA that ISIS is a tool of some countries in the region and the world to harm their rivals in Afghanistan, therefore this group does not do any political work in a coherent manner, from time to time the intelligence of some countries in the region and the world They use this group for their political and military purposes.
 
This military expert added: The ISIS group is not an independent intellectual movement and organization that pursues its political goals in a fundamental and coherent manner, but it is a tool of a number of countries that use this group to achieve their goals in countries like Afghanistan.
 
Stating that ISIS in Afghanistan acts as the intelligence arm of a number of countries, he added that the current government in Afghanistan has the ability to find the roots of ISIS group which is the tool of which countries.
 
He pointed out that ISIS does not have a place among the people of Afghanistan from an intellectual point of view and cannot work against the system in a coherent manner and in certain places.
 
Meanwhile, Qasim Naderi, a university professor, told AVA in an interview that Western countries use extremist groups, such as ISIS, as a means to achieve their goals.
