In a meeting with the Political Deputy of the Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary General for Afghanistan, the Administrative Deputy of the Prime Minister's Office expressed the hope that the Islamic Emirate respects international laws, human rights, education and freedom of the press within the framework of the principles of Islamic Sharia and its national interests. The Doha meeting can take effective and positive decisions according to the positive and important actions of the Islamic Emirate.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Today, Friday, April 28, the press office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has published a newsletter saying that Maulawi Abdulsalam Hanafi, the administrative deputy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, met with Marcus Potzel, the political deputy of the UN Secretary General's Special Representative for Afghanistan.
 
According to the newsletter, during this meeting, Potzel expressed his satisfaction with the provision of security throughout Afghanistan and expressed his appreciation for the efforts of the security forces of the Islamic Emirate to provide security to everyone.
 
Regarding the upcoming meeting in Doha, Qatar, the UNAMA political deputy said that in this meeting, representatives of twenty-two countries and two international organizations will participate, about the permanent security of Afghanistan, regional and extra-regional, human rights and other issues related to Afghanistan will be discussed and exchanged.
 
Potzel praised the actions of the Islamic Emirate to ensure security, fight against drugs and administrative corruption and said that these actions have a positive effect on the interaction between the Islamic Emirate and the international community.
 
The newsletter adds that Maulawi Abdulsalam Hanafi, the Administrative Deputy of the Ministry of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, while welcoming the meeting with Marcus Putzel, called it important to hold bilateral meetings between the officials of the Islamic Emirate and UNAMA to establish greater coordination between the Islamic Emirate and the United Nations.
 
The administrative deputy of the ministerial department added that the Islamic emirate respects international laws, human rights, education and freedom of the press within the framework of the principles of Islamic Sharia and its national interests.
 
Maulawi Abdul Salam Hanafi called the provision of global security, the complete prohibition of cultivation, trade, smuggling and the use of drugs and the elimination of administrative corruption among the important achievements of the Islamic Emirate, and said that the Islamic Emirate does not allow any group or individual to use Afghan soil against the security of its neighbors It will not give other countries.
 
He also added that the Islamic Emirate hopes that the participants of the Doha meeting will be able to make effective and positive decisions in line with the above-mentioned issues, considering the positive and important actions of the Islamic Emirate.
 
It is planned that the Doha meeting on Afghanistan issues will be hosted by Doha and behind closed doors.
