Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: CGTN reported on Thursday, May 4, 2023, quoting Mao Ning, the spokesperson of the Chinese Foreign Ministry, that the foreign minister of this country will spend Friday and Saturday in Pakistan.
According to published information, it is expected that the Chinese Foreign Minister will participate in the tripartite meeting with the presence of Amir Khan Muttaqi, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate and his Pakistani counterpart in Islamabad.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China has not provided more details in this regard.
The visit of the Chinese Foreign Minister to Pakistan is announced while last week the United Nations Security Council agreed to the temporary lifting of the ban on the visit of the Acting Foreign Minister of the Islamic Emirate to visit Islamabad and meet with the foreign ministers of Pakistan and China at the request of Pakistan.
