Alkozi stated that during the republic, due to the lack of a written and independent foreign policy, most of the regional and extra-regional countries had deviated from many accepted international standards in their relations with Afghanistan and did whatever they wanted.
 
Expressing that Afghanistan has fully gained its independence after four decades, he emphasized that from 1357 until the establishment of the Islamic Emirate as an independent country, Afghanistan had normal relations with no country within the scope of principles and all-round relations that The parties have not complied.
 
Meanwhile, Ahmed Fawad Sufizadeh, a professor at the university, said in a conversation with Ava that the countries of the region consider stability and security in Afghanistan to be beneficial to their own country, and undoubtedly the role of some of them in recent decades has been constructive.
 
He added that the leaders of the Islamic Emirate should also try to establish good relations with the countries of the region because every independent country needs cross-border relations to meet its economic and political needs. When these relations can be fruitful if they are done and defined bilaterally and in the light of the common and legitimate interests of the countries.
 
He emphasized that good relations with the countries of the region in various fields, including economic, cultural, political and security, can help strengthen peace and establish stability in the region, as well as be useful for trade and cultural exchanges between the two countries.
