Stating that the Islamic Emirate should use the experience of other countries in the fight against drugs, this political expert added that the countries of the region should use the experience of China to prevent the phenomenon of drugs, because this country has been very successful in preventing this phenomenon. Meanwhile, Ahmad Saber Safavi, one of the professors of the university, said in a conversation with Ava: As long as there is a demand market for drugs in the countries of the region and the world, the cultivation and trafficking of drugs in Afghanistan will not disappear in general.
 
He pointed out that a large part of the income from drug cultivation goes to the pockets of the mafia; But the huge losses of these materials reach the farmers and citizens of Afghanistan.
 
Safavi stated: One of the reasons for Afghan farmers to cultivate narcotics is economic weakness, which should be helped to find alternative crops for poppy cultivation.
 
After the establishment of the Islamic Emirate in Afghanistan, Mullah Hebatullah Akhundzadeh, the leader of the Islamic Emirate issued a decree banning the planting of poppies throughout the country and warned that violation of this decree will be prosecuted and punished.
 
It is stated in this decree: "If God does not want someone to commit a violation, his killing will be canceled and the violator will be dealt with according to Islamic Sharia."
 
It is also stated in this decree that the use and transfer, buying and selling, import and export and production of any narcotic substances such as wine, heroin, glass, marijuana, etc., are strictly prohibited throughout the country.
