Afghanistan is one of the worst countries for children

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The global index of children's rights has been prepared by an international organization known as "Children's Rights".
 
In its report, this institution has examined the situation of children in 193 countries of the world in terms of indicators of life, health care, education, protection and providing an environment to secure rights.
 
According to the indicators of this institution, the countries of Chad, South Sudan and Afghanistan are the worst countries in the world for children and have obtained the lowest rank in the global ranking among 193 countries of the world.
 
Afghanistan ranks 191 in the world with a score of 0.202.
 
In the report of this organization, it is stated that the ban on girls' education after the Islamic Emirate's domination over Afghanistan has led to an increase in child marriages and child labor.
 
This institution has said that according to the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, education is one of the basic rights of every child, but in Afghanistan, children do not have access to this right.
 
The Children's Rights Organization has said that denying Afghan children the right to education raises concerns not only about education, but also about their rights to the full development of information, participation and safety.
 
According to the statistics of the United Nations Scientific, Cultural and Educational Organization (UNESCO), more than 1.2 million children in Afghanistan have been deprived of education due to the ban on girls above the sixth grade from going to school. On the other hand, the poor economic situation of families in the country has led children to forced and hard work.
