America gives Ukraine military aid to Taiwan
According to Western media reports, the White House intends to ask the US Congress to allocate part of the military aid budget to Ukraine in order to finance arms for Taiwan.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: While China's warnings to the West about interference in Taiwan continue, the Financial Times reported that the White House is trying to allocate funds for this island from the weapons aid to Ukraine.

This English media, citing two informed sources, published a report about the preparation of US President Joe Biden to approve the budget needed to provide arms to Taiwan.

According to this report, the White House intends to ask the US Congress to allocate part of the special budget for aid to Ukraine for arms assistance to Taiwan.

According to Fars and according to this English newspaper, the upcoming action of the Biden government will be done in order to speed up the aid of arms to Taiwan in the midst of "increasing threats from China".

The Financial Times reported that if the White House's request is approved by the US Congress, "Taiwan will receive weapons from the United States of America for the first time through the tax system known as "Foreign Military Financing". According to the story of this newspaper, the White House is supposed to submit to the Congress during this month (August) its desired request for military aid to Taiwan from the budget allocated for Ukraine.

Earlier, the White House officials announced that the US government is planning to provide arms worth 345 million dollars to Taiwan.

According to the Financial Times, "The decision to include Taiwan's budget in the supplementary budget underscores the growing need for (US) aid to Taiwan." Critics of the current strategy have asked Washington to provide weapons (to Taiwan) more quickly in view of China's increasing military activities.

The preparation of the Biden administration for arms aid to Taiwan from the Ukrainian budget has become news in the situation that in recent months and despite the statements of President Volodymyr Zelensky and other Ukrainian officials about counter-attacks against Russia, according to their western allies, counter-attacks are very slow and with losses and the casualties are being done.

The dissatisfaction of the US and its allies with the counter-attacks of Ukraine occurred in a situation where, despite their all-round support for Kiev, Zelensky has repeatedly called for the intensification of support, and it came to the point that British Defense Minister Ben Wallace addressed the President of Ukraine: "Qadri Thank the West as well."

Mark Milley, the head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the US Armed Forces, said in the middle of last month that this country and its allies should intensify their support for Taiwan in order to strengthen the island's defense capabilities against China.

China has always declared that it considers US relations with Taiwan to be interference in its internal affairs and contrary to the "one China" policy; A policy that the democratic and republican governments have declared as America's policy in the past decades, but in practice they have violated it by providing arms to Taiwan and the meetings of the Washington officials with the officials of this island.
