Afghan Voice Agency (AVA)_Monitoring, Supreme Court released a statement that said, Chief Justice in a meeting with the officials of the court of arbitration, the primary urban court has discussed the local judiciary situation and the process of registration of relevant cases and documents.
The Chief Justice directed judges to prevent delays in the decisions and the process of handling the cases and conduct comprehensive investigations during the review of the cases so that the decision can be made fundamentally and legally.
Local officials of the judiciary organs have also shared their information regarding the judiciary situation and suggestions for improvement of court affairs and resolving current problems.
The Chief Justice promised to consider the suggestions and take action for responding to challenges in Samangan.
