Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimin Hussaini Mazari has emphasized in this message that the incident of Shahcheragh definitely had no religious purpose, but rather a macro regional and even global political goal against Islam and Muslims.

The full text of the message issued by the directorate of Tebyan Cultural and Social Activities Center in connection with the terrorist incident in the shrine of Shahcheragh (a.s.) in Shiraz, Iran is as follows:

In the name of Allah
"Unfortunately, we once again witnessed the scene of Shahcheragh pilgrims being dragged to the ground in Shiraz province of Iran.

The terrorist incident of the Shahcheragh shrine shows that for international terrorism it is only important to serve the sinister plans of global imperialism led by America. A country that has benefited from terrorism uses the uninformed but trained elements of regional intelligence networks to achieve its goals.

The incident of Shahcheragh definitely has no religious purpose, but is a macro-regional and even global political goal against Islam and Muslims.

The continuation of the activities of terrorist elements and networks, especially in our region, requires a consistent determination so that no nest of these elements and mercenary groups remain in the countries of the region.

Anyway, I strongly condemn this criminal act, and secondly, I express my condolences to the leader of the revolution, Imam Khamenei, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, the president, the members of the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the noble nation of this country, especially the families of the martyrs and for the injured, I ask Almighty Allah for speedy recovery."

Sayed Isa Hussaini Mazari
