Afghan Voice Agency (AVA)_Monitoring, Deputy Spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Hafiz Zia Ahmad said in a statement today that the festival has been launched with the participation of students of 282 universities from 37 different countries and that these students are expected to compete in 14 different sports.
Students from Kabul universities also participate in these games, said Ahmad.
Hafiz Abdullah Yasir, Advisor to the Embassy of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Russia is among the political representative of 37 countries who attended the opening ceremony of the festival, he concluded.
