The United Nations allocated 125 million dollars for humanitarian assistance with poor countries
Martin Griffiths, the United Nations humanitarian aid coordinator, has said that the organization has allocated $125 million from its emergency budget for humanitarian aid in 14 poor countries, including Afghanistan.

This money was allocated to meet the needs of the people.
 
The United Nations has allocated twenty million dollars to each of the countries of Afghanistan and Yemen.
 
Palestinian regions and countries like Malawi have been allocated an emergency budget of four to nine million dollars.
 
By allocating this 125 million dollars, the emergency budget that the United Nations has specified for its expenses this year reached more than 270 million dollars.
 
In the meantime, Farhan Haq, the spokesperson of the United Nations, said that if the donor countries do not provide the required aid of 39 billion dollars, it is possible that millions of people in the world will suffer from hunger this year.
