IEA Plans to Join China
During a trip to China, Deputy of the Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation, said that, there was a discussion about increasing flights, making it easier to get visas, and connecting Afghanistan to the “Belt and Road Initiative" project.

“Travel and flight visas have been discussed, problem-solving and increasing flights between Kabul and China have been discussed,” said Sediqullah Abid.
 
Abid has said that currently the groundwork for the implementation of large projects in Afghanistan has been provided, and during the visit to China, he also called for the connection of Afghanistan to the “Belt and Road Initiative" project.
 
“The current situation of Afghanistan, the Islamic system is ruling, and the security is all over, and the ground has been provided for the implementation of the project,” said Sediqullah Abid.
 
The Chamber of Commerce and Investment said that in order to increase trade between Afghanistan and China, it is necessary for the Islamic Emirate to provide more facilities.
 
“I hope that the trip will have good results, both in terms of flights and cargo. We import all raw materials from China and we need to have good communication with China,” said Mohammad Yonis Momand, deputy of the Chamber of Commerce and Investment.
 
“As much as the economic relations between the two countries improve and the challenges are removed, the development of trade and investment will definitely be effective for both countries,” said Sakhi Ahmad Payman, deputy of the Chamber of Industry and Mines.
