Asadullah Nadim, a military expert, said in a conversation with AVA that the intelligence services of some countries use the name of ISIS to carry out suicide attacks and explosions against a certain nation because of their interests in the war in Afghanistan, in order to involve the people of our country in ethnic and religious wars.
This military expert emphasized that from a professional point of view, we cannot say that the suicide attacks and explosions that take place in Afghanistan are the work of ISIS, because ISIS does not have the ability to carry out such attacks in Afghanistan and only takes responsibility for it on social networks.
He emphasized: From a religious and legal point of view, it is the responsibility of the existing government in Afghanistan to ensure the security of its citizens and prevent any kind of movements of terrorist groups affiliated with the intelligence of foreign countries.
Mr. Nadeem also pointed out that the Islamic Emirate as a government has the duty to identify vulnerable areas and place them under proper security cover and focus more security on these areas.
Meanwhile, university professor Qasim Naderi told AVA that if the security forces of the Islamic Emirate do not take serious measures to ensure the safety of the citizens, the people will distance themselves from the current government and will no longer cooperate with the government.
He added that the Islamic Emirate should take serious measures to prevent attacks by terrorist groups, so that such events do not take place in the future.
But Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesman of the Islamic Emirate, said: "Afghanistan is no longer a safe place for terrorist groups." If someone is responsible for the wrong actions of malicious intent, it will be neutralized in the bud and similar actions will be taken. "Our security forces are working hard in this regard."
