Pakistan must stop the "cruel practice" of deporting migrants
In a meeting with Maulana Fazal Rehman, the leader of Jamiat Ulema Pakistan, Mullah Hasan Akhund, the Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate, said that Pakistan should stop the "cruel practice" of deporting immigrants. Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Maulana Fazal Rehman, the leader of Jamiat Ulema Islam Pakistan, in a meeting with the Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate, Mullah Muhammad Hasan Akhund, said that the purpose of his visit to Kabul and his companions is to eliminate "misunderstandings" between the Islamic Emirate and the government of Pakistan.

According to an announcement from the Prime Minister's office, on the second day of his trip to Afghanistan, Maulana Fazl-ur-Rahman met with Mullah Mohammad Hassan Akhund and a number of other members of the caretaker government's cabinet at Chaharchenar Palace in the morning of yesterday (Monday, January 8).

The newsletter quoted the leader of Jamiat Ulema Pakistan as saying: "The purpose of our trip to Afghanistan is to eliminate misunderstandings between the two countries and to find ways of cooperation in political, economic, commercial and mutual development fields."

The leader of Jamiat Ulema Islam Pakistan added: "We have brought the message of benevolence and we hope that this trip will have positive results."

In this meeting, Mullah Mohammad Hasan Akhund, the Prime Minister expressed his hope that Maulana Fazal Rehman's visit will strengthen the "brotherhood and positive relations" between the Islamic Emirate and Pakistan.

He also said in this meeting that in Afghanistan "ulama" are at the head of power and added: "We refer every issue to Sharia, Sharia, which is a divine law, does not allow us to harm anyone."

Mullah Mohammad Hassan Akhund said: "According to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, including Pakistan, it does not intend to harm or cause problems to any neighboring country, nor does it allow anyone to threaten others from our soil."

In this meeting, he also mentioned the deportation of Afghan refugees and asylum seekers from Pakistan and said that Pakistan should stop this "cruel practice".

He has said that such encounters increase opposition and skepticism.

Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs Amir Khan Muttaqi also said in this meeting that Pakistan's problems in the transit and export routes cause huge financial losses to Afghan businessmen every year.

The Prime Minister's office has quoted Maulana Fazal Rahman as saying that the Jamiat Ulema Islam party has raised its voice of protest regarding the expulsion of Afghan immigrants from Pakistan.

Maulana Fazal Rahman has said that in this party's view, this kind of treatment of immigrants is "wrong" and causes problems between the two countries.

The trip of Maulana Fazal Rahman and his delegation to Afghanistan took place at the invitation of the Islamic Emirate.
