Pakistani protestors in Chaman region warned to boycott the elections
After more than three months of protests, Pakistani protesters in Chaman region have warned that if their demands are not met, they will not participate in the upcoming elections of this country.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): On Sunday, April 4, they said that in addition to not participating in the elections, they will also expand their protests in Pakistan.

In less than four months, thousands of protestors have sat in Chaman against the ban on travel without visas and passports from the border crossings between Afghanistan and Pakistan.

Previously, Pakistanis with Pakistani ID cards and Afghans with Afghan ID cards could travel freely on these routes.

However, the interim government of Pakistan and the Balochistan state administration have rejected the request to lift the passport and visa requirement.

Pakistan's parliamentary elections are scheduled to be held on Thursday (February 8).
