The visit of the senior Indian diplomat to the Afghan embassy in New Delhi
JP Singh, who is in charge of Pakistan, Afghanistan and Iran affairs at the Indian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, visited the Afghan Embassy in New Delhi and discussed with the Afghan Consul General about the Afghanistan-India Fund.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): Afghanistan's Consul General in Mumbai, India wrote on his X page that JP Singh and embassy officials discussed the Afghanistan-India fund in a meeting on Saturday.

He added: "Mr. Singh emphasized India's long-standing support for Afghanistan and expressed satisfaction with the embassy's activities."

JP Singh's visit to the Afghan embassy in New Delhi came a few days after his meeting with Thomas West, the US special representative for Afghanistan.

About three weeks ago, JP Singh traveled to Kabul and met with Amir Khan Muttaqi, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs.
