The relationship between the parliament, the government and Afghanistan judicial system entered a new phase of tension after the especial tribunal disqualified 60 MPs having been accused of election fraud from different provinces. To return the fire of especial tribunal the parliament disqualified the authorities of the head and five members of the Supreme Court and Afghanistan general persecutor for approving the existence of the especial tribunal.
