According to him, Biden's statements refute the report of the United Nations Security Council about the presence of more than 20 terrorist groups in Afghanistan.
 
Muttaqi said: "The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan is committed to not allowing anyone to use Afghanistan's soil against others. We have practically established this thing in the last two years. Now it is the duty of America to fulfill its responsibilities and come forward for positive interaction with Afghanistan."
 
At the same time, Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesman of the Islamic Emirate, also said that Joe Biden's recent statements prove the Islamic Emirate's adherence to its obligations.
