It was held in the first branch of Shiraz Islamic Revolution Court headed by Judge Sayed Mahmoud Sadati.
According to Iran Iran Press, at the beginning of this meeting, "Shirazian", the representative of the General and Revolutionary Prosecutor of Fars Province, while reading the indictment, said: "The evil goal of ISIS and its agents is crime and killing defenseless women, children and men, which in both attacks Last year, the holy shrine of Shahcheragh (a.s.) was proved to the whole world.
It has been said that the prosecutor's representative went on to address the accusations of the first-tier accused "Rahmatullah Norozaf" with the alias "Aslam Yar" and emphasized: his accusations are war and corruption in the land, membership in the ISIS terrorist group with the intention of acting against the country's security and rebellion.
Shirazian called the accusation against the second and third tier defendants Habibullah Arabzadeh and Amrullah Nazari to be the deputy in corruption in the land and the deputy in the war, gathering and collusion with the intention of acting against the security of the country through association with the ISIS terrorist group.
After receiving the complaints of the case, Judge Sadati called the first-tier accused Rahmatullah Nowroz to the stand and, while re-explaining the charges read to him in the indictment, asked him to provide detailed explanations regarding the process of familiarization, recruitment and membership in the Takfiri terrorist group ISIS.
Earlier, Kazem Mousavi, the head of the judiciary of Fars city, announced the issuance of an indictment for the accused of the armed attack on Shahcheragh of Shiraz, and announced the charge of three of the accused in this case, "membership in Daesh, war and corruption in the land".
