Afghan Voice Agency (AVA)_Monitoring, In a message, he praised the cricket players for their significant achievement and said that Afghan youths are capable in every field and can win. He wished them more success in the future.
Mawlavi Abdul Kabir added that the national cricket team of Afghanistan defeated the national cricket team of Pakistan on Monday night in Chennai, achieving their victory over Pakistan in a men’s ODI. “I congratulate the national cricket team, cricket board, and all Afghans on this victory,” he said.
The Afghan Embassy in Islamabad also congratulated the Afghanistan cricket team, the Afghanistan Cricket Board, and the Afghans on their victory over Pakistan and said that both teams performed well, but professional bowling and batting by the Afghan team led to their victory.
The country’s national cricket team was able to chase down the target of 283 set by Pakistan with eight wickets and an over to spare, despite losing two players due to injuries.
