Nigerian army killed 85 civilians
The international media have reported that the Nigerian army in Kaduna province located in the north of the country, "mistakenly" targeted a religious ceremony, as a result of which 85 people died.

Idris Dehiro, one of the residents of the village, whose relatives are among the dead, said that they buried 85 victims and more than 60 injured people are being treated in the hospital.

He added: "I was inside the house when the first bomb was thrown... and when we rushed to the scene to help the injured, the second bomb was thrown."

The state security commissioner, Samuel Arwan, said after a meeting with army officials and leaders of regional groups, dozens of injured have been taken to a hospital in Kaduna, the state capital, without specifying the exact number of victims.

According to him, this drone attack was supposed to target the militants as always, but it accidentally targeted the civilians.
