Randhir Jaiswal, the spokesperson of the Indian Foreign Ministry, said in connection with the recent ambassador of the country's political delegation to Kabul that India and Afghanistan had historical relations and a civilizational link and this long relationship has determined the relations between the two countries.

According to this Indian official, humanitarian aid and the use of Iran's Chabahar port by Afghan businessmen were discussed in these meetings.
