The problem of telecommunication services in Shirkhan Bandar Kunduz; People use Tajik networks
The residents of Shirkhan Bandar Kunduz complain about the low quality of telecommunications services and say that they have to use the telecommunications services of Tajikistan. However, the officials of "Etra" or telecommunication service regulation in Kunduz stated that they have installed a device base in this area to increase the quality.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Mazar-e-Sharif: A number of residents of Shir Khan Bandar, Kunduz province, complain that they have to use Tajik telecommunication services due to the low quality of domestic telecommunication services.

However, Etra officials in the northeast denied this complaint and said that they went to the Shirkhan Bandar area to investigate, and did not see anyone using a Tajik SIM card. But Tajik networks have antennas up to two kilometers from Afghanistan.

Matiullah Saleh, the commander of the northeastern zone of Etara, told Ava: Two days ago, we went to Shir Khan Bandar with the head of Kunduz Telecommunications to investigate this issue. But no one was using Tajik telecommunication networks.

But he said that the quality of telecommunication services in Shirkhan Bandar was low, and to solve this problem, they installed a quality-enhancing device that cost $150,000 in this area.

Meanwhile, the residents of all areas of Kunduz complain about the low quality of their telecommunication services and ask the government to take measures to improve the quality of these networks.
