The Central Bank announced the receipt of a new package of 40 million dollars
The Central Bank of the country says that today (Sunday, February 12, 2023), a new package of 40 million dollars of humanitarian aid from the international community has arrived to Kabul.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): On Thursday last week, a package worth 40 million dollars also arrived to Kabul.
 
So far, 24 packages worth 40 million dollars and more than 30 packages worth 32 million dollars have reached Afghanistan.
 
According to Central Bank statistics, the total amount of cash aid from the international community after the domination of Afghanistan by the Islamic Emirates reaches more than one billion and 913 million dollars.
 
According to Central Bank, these funds have been deposited to a commercial bank in Kabul as part of humanitarian aid to Afghanistan.
 
The office of the United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) says that these funds are kept in specific UN accounts in a private bank for use by the institutions of this organization and the government does not have access to it.
