Afghan Voice Agency (AVA)_Monitoring, According to a statement released by ARCS, the treatment costs for these children are covered by the humanitarian organization.
In the past 15 months, ARCS has referred a total of 1,972 children, many of whom had heart problems, to various hospitals for treatment.
