The representatives of nine European countries have considered stability in Afghanistan to require inclusive dialogue
Some media have reported that the special representatives of nine Western countries and the European Union have emphasized in a joint statement that achieving peace and stability in Afghanistan requires a credible and inclusive national dialogue that will lead to constitutional order with an inclusive political system.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: This statement was issued yesterday (Tuesday, March 7) by the special representatives of Australia, Canada, the European Union, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Switzerland, Great Britain and the United States of America.

They gathered in Paris on February 20, 2023 to discuss the situation in Afghanistan. In this meeting, the special representative of the Secretary General for Afghanistan and the director of the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) and the special rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Afghanistan were also present.

The special representatives of nine Western countries and the European Union have pointed out with great concern the increase in threats to security and stability in Afghanistan and the deterioration of the humanitarian and economic situation. They said that more than 28 million people in Afghanistan need humanitarian aid, more than half of them are women and children, and six million people are on the brink of famine.

The representatives of the western countries have also expressed concern over what they call the growing threat of terrorist groups in Afghanistan, including ISIS, Al-Qaeda and Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan, and have asked the Islamic Emirate to abide by its commitments of not allowing terrorist groups.

In the statement of these countries, it is emphasized that achieving peace and stability in Afghanistan requires a credible and comprehensive national dialogue that will lead to constitutional order with an inclusive political system. ↵The representatives of nine European countries have considered stability in Afghanistan to require inclusive dialogue
