Experts of international relations: the statements of Pakistani officials about the military attack on Afghan soil are against international laws
Following the statements of Khawaja Asif, the Minister of Defense of Pakistan, that if the Islamic Emirate does not stop the activities of Pakistani Islamist militants, their shelters inside Afghanistan will be attacked, experts in international relations say that the statements of Pakistani officials are against international laws, because they are in accordance with international principles.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Azizullah Ma'araj, an expert on international relations, said in an interview with AVA that the statements of Pakistani officials are against international laws, because according to the principles of international war and general international law, a country can sometimes operate on the territory of another country to carry out a military operation that the country is practically in conflict with.

He added: Whenever a country feels threatened by another country, if there are documents and evidence, they should solve their problem through diplomatic means and dialogue according to the 1961 Vienna and Chicago Convention.

This expert on international relations added that despite having documents and evidence, if the mentioned country does not prevent the threat from its territory, then the affected country will protest to the legal institutions of the world, then they can act through the decision of the United Nations Security Council. Slow military operations.

Pakistan is acting contrary to international laws towards Afghanistan and pointed out that Pakistan intervenes in the affairs of Afghanistan based on the project of Western countries.

This political expert added that Pakistani government officials want to show the world that terrorists are present in Afghanistan with their false statements and military operations in Afghanistan.

However, Mohammad Ramin Ahmadzai, an expert on international relations, also said in an interview with AVA that the statements of Pakistan's defense minister are very difficult to take into account because the differences over the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) group and some border issues cannot affect Afghanistan's relations with Pakistan, because Pakistani politicians know that if Afghanistan's relations with Pakistan are ruined, it will be very difficult to revive them.

He added that the previous governments in Afghanistan had a hostile policy with the government of Pakistan and had established good relations with the enemies of this country and always accused Pakistan of supporting terrorists, therefore Pakistani politicians are trying to have good relations with the Islamic Emirate so that power does not fall into the hands of those who oppose Pakistan's policies in the region and the world.

Meanwhile, the Pakistani authorities say that Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan has safe places inside Afghanistan and they go across the border to attack Pakistan, but the Pakistani Taliban have said that they coordinate their attacks from inside Pakistan.
