The Afghan embassy in "New Delhi" has handed over to the IEA
After Afghanistan's embassies in Pakistan, Iran, China, Turkey, UAE and Russia, India has handed over the Afghan embassy to the IEA. 
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Monitoring:  According to the regional office of Tasnim news agency , some media quoted a former diplomat of the Afghan Foreign Ministry and announced that the Indian government has handed over the Afghan embassy in New Delhi to the IEA.

This source also said that "Qadir Shah" was appointed by the new Afghan government as the head of the embassy in New Delhi.

This former Afghan diplomat added: Farid Mamondzi, the ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, went to London last month, and after that, the IEA government sent a letter and appointed "Qadir Shah" as the head of the Afghan embassy in New Delhi.

These media emphasized that the Indian government has agreed with the IEA envoy as acting head of the Afghan embassy in New Delhi.

After Afghanistan's embassies in Pakistan, Iran, China, Turkey, UAE and Russia, India has handed over the Afghan embassy to the Taliban government in the latest case.

The IEA has not officially commented on the developments in the Afghan embassy in New Delhi.

Bekhdi also wrote in a report that Mamondzai tries to return to New Delhi when he learns of his dismissal, but the Indian government does not allow him to return.
