This meeting was held in Riyadh with the presence of the representatives of Qatar, Egypt, Jordan and Turkey along with "Hussein Ibrahim Taha" the Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and "Hussein Al-Sheikh" the Secretary of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO).
 
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia issued a statement about this meeting and announced that in the meeting of the committee of ministers appointed at the Arab-Islamic Summit, the international community was asked to respond to the violation of international laws and international human rights laws by Israel and its war crimes in Gaza and the occupied West Bank, effective sanctions against this regime, including stopping the export of weapons, should be applied to it.
 
Those present at this meeting also emphasized the need to activate international legal mechanisms to prosecute Israeli officials for their crimes against the Palestinian people, as well as the need to stop the terrorism of the Zionist settlers against the Palestinians and to take serious and decisive positions against these crimes.
 
In the statement of the Saudi Foreign Ministry, it is stated that in this meeting mechanisms to strengthen joint Arab-Islamic measures to immediately stop the war in the Gaza Strip, guarantee the protection of civilians according to international humanitarian laws and send sufficient and sustainable humanitarian aid to all areas of Gaza were discussed and discussed. it placed. In addition, it was emphasized on the continuation of all efforts towards the recognition of the independent state of Palestine in order to fulfill the wishes of the Palestinian people.
 
According to this statement, those present at the meeting expressed their concern about the actions taken against the protesters in the western countries who, in their peaceful demonstrations, demand an end to the Gaza war and stop the crimes and massive aggressions of Israel against the Palestinians.
 
Also, Saudi Arabia's Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan emphasized that the two-state solution is the only solution that can guarantee that we will not return to the current situation in a few years.
 
He warned that any expansion of military operations in Gaza will have dire consequences.
 
It should be noted that the Committee of Foreign Ministers of Arab and Islamic countries was formed in the early months of the Gaza war, during the Arab and Islamic Summit in Riyadh, with the aim of taking a serious international action to stop the aggression of the Zionist regime against Gaza.
 
On Saturday evening, Riyadh also hosted a meeting of the Six-Party Arab Ministerial Consultative Group with the aim of reviewing developments related to the Gaza war and Israel's brutal aggression in this area.
 
The participants in this meeting emphasized the need to end Israel's brutal war in the Gaza Strip and establish an immediate and comprehensive ceasefire in this area and declared that the protection of civilians should be guaranteed according to international humanitarian laws and all restrictions that prevent the entry of humanitarian aid.
