Afghan Voice News Agency (Ava) - Kabul: The press office of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Islamic Emirate published a newsletter yesterday (Thursday, March 14), announcing the meeting of the head of the ministry, Nooruddin Azizi, with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Bakhtiar Saidov.
It is said that in this meeting, the two sides discussed the development of trade, transit and investments, solving trade problems between the two countries, bringing more facilities for Afghanistan's transit goods and reducing the transit tariffs of Afghanistan's trade goods from the territory of Uzbekistan.
According to the news report, it was decided that in the near future, the officials of the relevant departments will have a separate meeting in the city of Mazar-e-Sharif to remove the obstacles to the development of trade and transit between the two countries.
It should be mentioned that the high-level delegation of Uzbekistan has been in Kabul for several days and they have announced their cooperation with the authorities of the Islamic Emirate in various fields.
