The president determined to sweeping reforms and fight against corruption
Kabul, (AVA)- President instructed all Afghanistan governmental organizations to move toward eradicating the corruption and office reformations.

The president 33 parts and 164 articles decree ordered the organizations to list good governance, an effective anti-corruption campaign, the rule of law and strong economy as their top priorities.

According to presidential palace resources, the president before issuing the decree had met the country three pillars and disscued administrative reforms and anti-corruption campaign.

Despite the Afghanistan achievements in political, economical, social and international ties being mentioned in the introduction of the decree, the difficulties in ruling the law, good governing and economic are not ignorable.

The most important points in issued decree are the way of consuming the budget by ministries, disposing of on a fast track basis of judicial cases, hastening the process of law making in parliament, the cabinet member visits to provinces and the anti-corruption campaigns.

General's office and the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers are obliged to keep an eye on decree enforcement.

The president issued such decree while his government has been accused of corruption, embezzlement and misusing the public properties.

Karzai told tri-pillars during the joint meeting that he is not pragmatist anymore.

Some experts have doubt about the enforcement of decree since the corrupted administration can not help to eradicate the corruption.

Some observers, meanwhile, believe if the organizations firmly stick to decree, there will be a revolution in Afghanistan administrative system.

Afghanistan could absorb the World Community economical supports in Tokyo conference after having pledged promise to eliminate the administrative corruption.

It is a bit far imagined that the president decree is to be enforced since the corruption turned to an common things in every organization.

To enforce the president reform decree, all the people and organizations especially legislative and judicial pillars should give hand.
