Afghanistan's national wheelchair basketball team achieved its fourth consecutive victory by defeating the United Arab Emirates in the group stage of the Asia-Pacific wheelchair basketball competition.

After winning against Saudi Arabia and New Zealand, Afghanistan's national wheelchair basketball team defeated the Philippine team in the Asia-Pacific Championship.

The Afghanistan’s national wheelchair basketball team went to Thailand from Kabul to participate in the preliminary competition.
